PHILADELPHIA: Again, this year, Gerald D. Garfinkle, member of Weitz Garfinkle Datz, LLC, has awarded a scholarship from his Trial Advocacy Scholarship Fund to a student of the Temple University Beasley School of Law.  Today, John Pourciau became the recipient of the annual award.

The scholarship was established by Mr. Garfinkle to benefit law students with financial need who demonstrate aptitude in their study of trial advocacy.  Garfinkle, a trial attorney with over 40 years of experience, graduated from the Temple School of Law in 1967.
