PHILADELPHIA, PA: On Friday, November 13, A. Harold Datz served as a faculty member for the National Institute of Trial Advocacy Program, “Building Trial Skills: Mid-Atlantic.” The event was held at Drexel University Earle Mack School of Law. The program focused on the arts of trial advocacy and persuasion in the courtroom, as well as jury psychology. Attendees learned techniques associated with direct and cross-examinations, lay foundations, opening statements and closing arguments, and voir dire. Datz, a trial attorney admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, represents individuals in a wide variety of Personal Injury matters. His practice is concentrated in the areas of Automobile Liability and Premises Liability claims. In 2009, he was chosen as a Philadelphia SuperLawyer.
