Weitz: Attorney Weitz concentrates his practice upon representing individuals and companies in a wide variety of complex trial matters, including those who have claims against insurance companies. He is a Fellow of the Academy of Advocacy and has been named a “SuperLawyer” in Philadelphia Magazine. Gerald D. Garfinkle: Attorney Garfinkle has been handling cases on behalf of catastrophically injured victims for over 35 years. As a leader in the legal community, he has taken leadership roles in the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association and Philadelphia Bar Association. He also currently serves as a Judge Pro Tempore for the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. A. Harold Datz: Attorney Datz represents individuals in a wide variety of Personal Injury matters, focused on Automobile Liability and Premises Liability claims. A former Assistant District Attorney in Philadelphia, he holds an AV rating from Martindale Hubbell. Jeffrey B. Datz: Attorney Datz focuses his practice on civil litigation and personal injury claims, including auto accidents and healthcare litigation. A former Assistant District Attorney in the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania, he is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Dana M. Panek: Attorney Panek focuses her practice on civil litigation and personal injury claims, including healthcare litigation.
